GSA
The GSA Image Analyser is a program to analyse 2D-Images and pictures of any kind. It can recognize and count objects (like algorithms from Buerker, Fuchs-Rosenthal, Thoma, Schilling, Tuerk, Tennant) in an image but also calculate the distance and areas in it. The images can be imported from many sources (file, scanner, microscope...). This program is designed to solve many problems. It has been used for counting cells and calculating the size of plant roots (biometry). If you want to know more about the features of this software please contact us.

Intelligent Perception
cellAnalyst is an advanced image-mining tool in an exceptionally user-friendly package. Neither installing nor operating cellAnalyst will require technical expertise. cellAnalyst is designed to automate the analysis of digital images. It identifies cells within the image, computes their statistics, and saves the data for further processing. Thereafter, simple tools are used to retrieve relevant images and analysis data. The results are readily reproducible.
Other tools are provided for data processing and analysis. The images are initially presented in a photo album format. With just a few clicks, cells have been detected, captured, and measured. They are listed in a table along with their characteristics. Each such table is saved as an entry in a searchable database.
